When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect your name, contact details, the service you selected, your chosen appointment time, and any insurance information or short reason for the visit you choose to share. We do not ask for detailed medical history through this website.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, cancel and remind you about appointments.
- To verify insurance benefits where you have provided carrier details.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To keep internal records required to run our practice.
Email and notifications
Appointment emails include logistics only — date, time, service, clinician and your reference number. We deliberately keep clinical details out of routine email.
SMS text messaging privacy
If you separately opt in on our appointment form, Life Link Health Care may send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and cancellations. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.
We use your mobile number and messaging consent only to provide the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this notice exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers solely as necessary to deliver the text messages you requested.

Who can see your information
Access to appointment records is restricted to authorised Life Link Health Care staff. Our systems require staff to sign in, and access is logged. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
